Client responsibility
Clients, brokers, agents, sellers, developers, and other publishing parties are responsible for reviewing Terraxis visuals before publication or distribution. This includes review for factual accuracy, advertising suitability, MLS compliance, platform compliance, brokerage policy, required disclosures, and applicable local rules.
Jurisdiction, MLS, and platform compliance
Terraxis visuals may be used in different states, jurisdictions, MLS systems, brokerages, and listing platforms, each of which may have its own rules for real estate advertising, digitally altered images, AI-assisted media, virtual staging, conceptual renderings, captions, disclosures, and original-image availability.
Terraxis does not provide legal, brokerage, MLS, platform, zoning, permitting, surveying, engineering, appraisal, or advertising-compliance advice. The publishing party is responsible for determining whether and how Terraxis visuals may be used in its specific jurisdiction, MLS, brokerage, platform, and advertising context.
Client-provided materials
Clients are responsible for confirming that any photographs, listing materials, maps, plans, surveys, drone footage, reference images, or other materials provided to Terraxis may be used, modified, refined, delivered, published, or distributed for the intended project purpose.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Terraxis retains ownership of its original visual work, website content, presentation materials, visual systems, methods, and deliverables. Clients receive only the usage rights expressly provided in the applicable proposal, invoice, written permission, or project agreement.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Portfolio and concept studies
Examples shown on this website may include client projects, concept studies, public-data visualizations, or illustrative demonstrations. Unless expressly stated, examples should not be interpreted as client endorsements, active listings, official property records, or affiliated work with any property owner, broker, agent, MLS, listing platform, or government agency.
Limitation of liability
